Study On The Aging Of SBS Modified Asphalt And Recycled Asphalt Under The Coupling Condition

The SBS modified asphalt accounted for about 15% of the total amount of asphalt road,in the future,and the highway asphalt pavement in large and middle repair process,will produce a large number of waste SBS modified asphalt mixture.Therefore,the study of aging law of SBS modified asphalt and recycled asphalt for environmental protection,resource utilization,and achieving the sustainable development road has the important theory,economic,social and environmental significant.In this paper,the aging law of SBS modified asphalt and recycled asphalt is studied by using the interaction of heat,light and water.Firstly,paper study the heat,light,water coupling aging SBS modified asphalt indexes,viscosity and anti rutting factor change ?₁,and the influence of thermal,light and water on the SBS modified asphalt was analyzed by SPSS software.The results show that the coupling after aging SBS modified asphalt performance for penetration,delay is reduced,softening point,viscosity and rut factor increased,and the temperature was the first significant factor affecting the performance of SBS modified asphalt.The significant size of the influence of humidity and light intensity on the index was determined by the specific conditions.Secondly,the indexes of RA-2,SZS and ZZ were studied,such as the quality of rotary film,the environmental friendliness?PAHs?and the influence on the index of aging asphalt.The results showed that the thermal stability of ZZ was better,and the environmental friendliness was better,and the improvement effect of asphalt aging index was also the best,and the other two kinds of regeneration agent's performance should depend on the specific circumstances.Finally,three kinds of recycled asphalt were aged by two times with the same heat,light and water coupling parameters,and the research of recycled asphalt varies three index,viscosity and anti rutting factor ?₂.Comparative analysis of ?₁ and ?₂,and the SPSS software to thermal analysis,effect of light,water of recycled asphalt conventional indicators and rutting factor significantly.The results showed that the ZZ recycled asphalt anti secondary coupling aging effect better,heat,effect of light,water of recycled asphalt significant rules and SBS modified asphalt differ,but the temperature is still for 3 kinds of regenerated asphalt index is the most significant factor influence.
