| China’s transportation industry plays an important role in the development of national economy.As the market subject of independent management,the railway industry takes China Railway Corporation as the core,and each local railway bureau as the main component.In order to adapt to the trend of market economy development,it gradually establishes a modern railway characteristic Logistics system suitable for the development of the current era.Due to the rapid changes in modern logistics industry every day,there are still many imperfections in the development and reform of modern logistics management system.The whole logistics transportation market is still facing fierce competition and elimination.All local railway bureaus still need to constantly learn and use modern information technology and Internet management methods to promote the railway transportation logistics management Information construction and modernization.In order to adapt to the multi-faceted competition of modern logistics market,the construction of railway transportation logistics information platform needs to improve the level of logistics management from software,hardware and other aspects.This paper takes Shenyang Railway Bureau as the research and analysis object,studies and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the logistics platform construction of Shenyang Railway Bureau,introduces the concept of CRM(modern enterprise customer relationship management),applies it to the railway transportation logistics information platform construction system,and mainly combines the relevant knowledge theory of ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning System),through This paper discusses the related concepts of c-erp in detail,and establishes a management model of modern information logistics platform based on c-erp mode,combining with the current development of information logistics platform of Shenyang Railway Bureau.From the establishment of CRM model to the application of ERP integrated logistics management system,the establishment of modern information logistics platform management based on c-erp,the design of network technology architecture,and finally the expected effect of the project evaluation and put forward the guarantee measures for the implementation and development of the project.Based on the c-erp model,this paper optimizes and designs the modern information logistics platform system of Shenyang Railway Bureau,which provides a certain reference for the construction and development of modern information logistics of Shenyang Railway Bureau. |
