Study On The Design Of The Rehabilitation Environment Of The Old Age Community Based On The Humanistic Care

Since ancient times, family composition of filial piety is always the first place in China. According to the Book of Rites-The Great Learning which is famous work in Confucius culture emphasizes the combination of the family care, country governance and world peace. Specifically, family care, the most basic requirement, requests people to provide both material and spiritual care for their parents. Along with the aging parents of the first one-child policy generation, which policy simplifies the Chinese family structure, the problem of supporting old people becomes worse.The demand of nursing institutions for the aged parents increases greatly. However, as the case stands, the supporting facilities of aging community fall behind and the capacities of nursing institutions for the aged are limited. In addition, existing communities lack pertinence nursing the old people, most of which can only satisfy their demands in eating and accommodation, but ignoring the demand of humanistic care. In aspect of community design pattern, it lacks corresponding standards. As a result, we need to discuss how to build a rehabilitation aging community pattern, how to design appropriate principle refer to national condition and social system of current China. The thesis studies on the development pattern and design principles for internal and external rehabilitation environment of aging community.On the basis of theories such as the physical and psychological demands of aged people and rehabilitation in environment design, this thesis makes further study on the advantages of rehabilitation environment in aging constitutes and the design principles of rehabilitation environment in internal and external environmentThe thesis consists of six parts. Chapter One introduces research background and current situation, which makes clear research objectives and significance, finds out starting point of research; Chapter Two analyzes necessity of humanistic care design as to the middle and aged in aging community and how to establish psychological healthy guarantee system for the aged combined with physical and psychological features of the aged; Chapter Three introduces internal rehabilitation environment design in aging community based on humanistic and develops research in aspects of constitutes and design methods; Chapter Five introduces external rehabilitation environment in aging community and develops research from constitutes and design methods; Chapter Six proves advantages of rehabilitation environment in aging community through practical cases of rehabilitation environment home and abroad. Chapter Seven makes conclusion.
