Conservation And Reuse Strategy Research On Industrial Heritage With Multivariate Groups Participation

Industrial heritage,as a symbol of industrial civilization,has recorded the development process of the national industry,and has carried on the advanced technology and city memory.With the rapid development of social economy,the adjustment of industrial structure and the acceleration of urban renewal,the old industrial enterprises which contributed to the development of the city are facing the fate of being demolished,and the situation of protection and reuse is worrying.Therefore,how to improve the efficiency and strengthen the vitality of the industrial heritage protection and reuse,which has certain practical significance and application value on targeted research.In order to provide the implementation of the operation to promote sustainable protection of industrial heritage,this paper attempts to multi subject participation as the starting point of industrial heritage protection and reuse planning strategy.Firstly,this paper expounds the overall progress of protection and reuse on industrial heritage.On the basis of this,it analyzes the existing problems which mainly reflected in the poor effect of protective,reuse types simplification and subject to participate in the lack of diversity,then it finds the reasons for these problems are less-developed policy mechanism,less-balance goal-oriented and less negotiation of interest coordination.Secondly,orienting the problem to put forward the idea of multi subject participation,it explains the meaning of multi subject participation and related basic theory,then analyzes the necessity of the participation of multiple subjects and the interests of the participants with the role of positioning,defines three basic forms of the participation of multiple subjects: traditional,entrusted and cooperative,puts forward three ideas of coordination about attending to each one 's own duties,classified collaboration and multi direction adjustment.Thirdly,with three major principles of participation in planning based on multiple subjects: strategic and holistic,stage and long term,coordination and sharing,it proposes planning strategies for the protection and reuse of industrial heritage by multi subjects: the whole idea which based on the collaborative planning system,planning process in order to guide the method of differential flexibility and cooperation in the implementation of policy based on the standard for protection.
