With the urbanization level of China’s deepening,energy as an important energy source of social status is particularly prominent.Motor is the production life of the main energy-consuming equipment.The consumption of energy in the society are more and more.However,Chinese motor manufacturing technology,controling methods are relatively backward,and the motor energy consumption is in low efficiency.In "generator" mode,there will be a large amount of renewable power generation.In order to prevent the drive pump raw voltage too high,it is common to practice shunt resistor drive energy.Regenerative energya is dissipated in the DC bus side by heat.This creates a huge waste of energy.If we can re-use the renewable energy collection together,not only to save energy,but also to promote innovation and technological progress.On a review of the literature and we summary that there are three strategies on the motor regenerative energy use,namely renewable energy storage feedback controling strategy,renewable energy fed straight grid controling strategies and common DC bus system based on multi-motor control strategy.For storage feedback control strategy,I design regenerative power interleaved bidirectional DC/DC converter circuit,and by the line simulation and experimental verification;for renewable energy fed straight grid control strategy,I design the midpoint of the new balancing algorithm,and experimental based on diode clamped three-level inverter.In the laboratory,I build regenerative energy fed straight grid experimental platform,and make regenerative power generation experiment,mutant regenerative power load test and make regenerative energy fed straight grid experiment,and achieved good experimental waveforms.
