Historical Development Research Of PCa Assembled Residential Architectural Design In Beijing Since The Founding Of China

The country put forward the strategy of housing industrialization by means of industrialized production since 2000. Beijing city’s residential construction has entered a new stage by the national policy. Because of its advanced construction mode and the potential of the construction system, as a kind of commodity, it has a high degree of market demand. Therefore, the architectural design department began to redevelop PCa assembled technology that has been popular for half a century through the most appropriate technology to promote the development of residential industrialization in Beijing City. The development of assembled housing is also an objective demand of economic development in Beijing. Not only it can promote the development of productive forces through the change of production relations to, but also achieve the scale of production by the rational use and conservation of resources.This paper mainly aims at the historical value of the design and technology of the PCa assembled residential buildings in Beijing city. According to the influence of social economic history background factors in different stages of history, I will interpret and analysis the history of the assembly of residential design and technical characteristics, sort out the development of the PC assembly residential design and technology in different period,find the key points to promote the development of its transformation from the structural characteristics, design methods, technical features and drivers and hinder factors, provide empirical support for the new development of the Beijing PC assembly house, and try to analysis and housing industrialization in the future direction of development.An analysis of the experience of PCa assembled technology in the past history of Beijing City can make us calm reflection and lay a solid theoretical foundation for the technological innovation and development of the industrialized housing in the future, avoiding residential construction in the future development has a long way to go.
