Subway construction is an important means of solving urban traffic congestion and excavating urban tridimensional space for large cities at home and abroad now. In recent years, security threats in metro space has a tendency to increase, particularly non-traditional risk factors have brought severely psychologically and physically influence for people. So in overall project, metro security construction has being paid more attention. As a large project, metro security project needs to determine project contractor by tender, and ultimately organizing the implementation of the project by the winning bidder. In the bidding process, the project faces a number of risks.This dissertation analyzes the particularity of the subway security project risks, especially bidding stage risks.Then according to the logical order of risk identification, risk assessment and risk response, this dissertation systematically analyzes the bidding process risk. The bidding risk in subway security project is divided into six categories according to time dimension. Then this dissertation evaluates risks by using Fault Tree Analysis and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method. Then four typical methods are elaborated to reply subway security project risks.Finally, taking a Beijing subway Closed Circuit Television project as an example, this part systematically analysis and research project bidding risk. According to the data, the dissertation quantitatively analyzes the project bidding risk by using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method, while giving existing risk events one by one coping strategy.This dissertation systematically analyzes the risk of bidding stage in subway security project. Hoping that it is helpful to rapidly locate risk, evaluate risk, and establish responses.
