In the project management, bidding activity is always a very key link, which will seriously affect whether the construction project can proceed smoothly on schedule. The traditional bidding method not only has high cost and waste of resources, but also is affected by human and other factors, which is easy to cause information leakage and unfair competition. In the era of rapid information technology and the continuous popularization of digital architecture,in order to provide better bidding services, the formation of electronic bidding such a new model. The outbreak of the epidemic in early 2020 has made the full implementation of electronic bidding become the main way of market trading in the field of construction engineering. The history of electronic bidding is not long, and there are many hidden dangers in online bidding, which will affect the interests of participants to some extent. In particular, the bidding agency, the organizer of the whole process of bidding activities, faces risks covering the whole participation process, which seriously affects its overall business level and performance evaluation. So it is necessary to study the risk of electronic bidding.Based on relevant theoretical research, this paper first takes the flowchart method as the main line from the perspective of the bidding agency, and analyzes the potential risk events and influencing factors that may occur at each stage of the electronic bidding of construction projects,so as to identify the comprehensive risk factors. Then combined with the expert interview method, identify and select important risk factors, and classify them, and finally determine the five common risk factors in the process of electronic bidding activities of construction projects. That is,technical risk, management risk, environmental risk, financial risk and unforeseeable risk.Secondly, based on the results of the above risk factors identification, the risk assessment index system is designed. Then, the index weight is calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and on this basis, the entropy method is used to modify, and a more objective and effective comprehensive weight is obtained. Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to set up the corresponding risk evaluation model in this work.According to the calculation results, the risk factors that will play a significant role in the electronic bidding of construction projects can be summarized. Then, the actual case is analyzed to evaluate the risk of the project and verify the effectiveness of the model. Finally, based on the evaluation results, this paper puts forward reasonable and scientific suggestions on how to deal with the risks to the tendering and bidding agency,so as to ensure that the electronic tendering and bidding activities of construction projects can be carried out effectively and smoothly, providing reference for the tendering and bidding agency to avoid the relevant risks in the electronic tendering and bidding work of construction projects.
