Calculation Of Time And System Development Of Automotive Machining Part Based On UG

Man hour quota plays an important role in practical processing,it,s the basis for determining the factory production and workers' wages and other data.The maneuvering time of man hour quota can be obtained by the correlation calculation formula,the accuracy of the calculation of the maneuver time affects the accuracy of the time quota.So it is very important to calculate the machine time in the time quota.In this paper,the current research status of the domestic and international work quota is introduced in detail,analysis on the current situation of the enterprise man hour quota and making method.In view of the shortcomings of the current time quota calculation,a new automatic time quota system is developed.In this paper the motor time quota system development is based on the UG,Firstly,it introduces the secondary development methods of UG,the parametric modeling process of UG,and the 3D annotation in UG environment,the design framework of the whole 3D design system based on UG is proposed.Analysis of the machining process design of automobile,machine and process characteristics are classified,which laid the foundation for the time quota calculation system.The composition of machining man hour quota was studied,according to in different processing methods and geometric features of fixed working hours machining maneuver time calculation formula were classified and sorted,and a complete formula algorithm library is established.In this paper,the development process of the motor time quota system is described in detail.The parameters of motor time quota are analyzed,the three categories of structure geometric parameters,cutting parameters and auxiliary parameters are put forward,the sources and ways of obtaining various parameters are analyzed.From the perspective of the whole 3D process design system based on UG,the maneuvering time calculation function of the system structure,object model for the detailed analysis,and gives a detailed exposition on the structure of different geometric parameters extraction method,and puts forward the correlation algorithm.In this paper,choose VB.NET as a development tool,developed a motor time quota system.Finally,the accuracy of the motor time quota calculation system is verified by the method of gear box input shaft machine plus process as an example.
