| With the development of society,urban rail transportation has entered every city,every city has also introduced the corresponding cost quota,so as to serve the construction of urban rail transit project.Cost quota is the basis of urban rail transit project quotation is cost basis,is a standard for the organization and management of construction,development of national unity of the cost quota can contribute to the national urban rail traffic engineering construction cost of the standardization and unification,have unified standard can be convenient to each unit in the management of inter provincial engineering cost management and construction process.The cost quota includes direct cost and indirect cost.The labor cost,material cost and machine using cost which belong to the direct engineering cost are based on local economic,this paper mainly compares and analyzes the measure cost in direct cost and indirect expenses.Points to measure costs,enterprise management fees,fees,taxes and profits of five parts,respectively from the content,the calculation base and rate of three aspects carries on the analysis,the differences between them,analysis causes of differences,finally,the conclusion is given.This paper mainly bases on the Beijing,Chongqing,Jilin,Jiangsu and Shandong,which have a certain place in the whole country,and the "urban rail transit construction and installation cost of the standard system([2011]159 number)" as the comparison standard,and the conclusion also has some convincing.Through comparative analysis,it draws the conclusion that it provides reliable data for the comparison and analysis of the national urban rail transit project cost quota. |
