Study On The Risk Factors Of Urban Rail Transit Project Cost Management

In recent years,the continuous growth of the economy,the urban rail transit had developed rapidly in China,Suzhou is the first city in China to open urban rail transit.to Suzhou city rail transit project cost risk management as the research object,The relationship between project risk factors and the cost risk factors of the project management was analyzed,put forward the various stages of project cost risk measures,the project cost risk evaluation model is developed to provide theoretical guidance for the Suzhou city subway project cost management,The researchs can be widely used in city’s subway engineering.This paper studies the development status of urban rail transit project in Suzhou,and puts forward the problems faced in the development.Based on the theory of risk,This paper put forward the risk management of construction cost on the process of construction,and the risk factors and corresponding risk measures in each stage of construction project are elaborated.In order to evaluate the cost risk of city rail traffic engineering construction,this paper based on the Balanced Scorecard(BSC)index system of project cost risk evaluation;and using AHP method and entropy method to the risk assessment index weights;constructs the comprehensive risk evaluation of engineering cost weighting method and grey relational analysis model based on.In the city of Suzhou city rail traffic engineering construction project as an example,this paper comprehensively analyzes the cost risk index of four construction projects,uses the evaluation model proposed in this paper to comprehensively evaluate the cost risk,sort the E value of the evaluation results,determine the size of the project cost risk,and evaluate the results of the project,which can be accurate for the project manager.It can provide certain reference and reference for the risk control force.This study provides theoretical support for the cost control of urban rail transit construction projects,and further strengthens the cost management in the whole process of construction.
