Research And Application On Evaluation Software Of Heating Network System

With the pace of urbanization continuously,the central heating of our country has obtained considerable development,but the system is res tricted by the low energy efficiency for the further development of the heating system,and the heat loss of heating pipe network system is the important cause leading to the energy waste.During the past construction system of heating energy-saving evaluation,more was in view of existing buildings heating,that were the heat users,ignored the essential role of heating network system in the process of heat transfer.Regarding the construction itself,with the application of energy saving technology and product,the energy consumption of the palisade structure itself is declining,thus causes the building energy conservation level constantly to enhance,but the energy consumption regarding the entire construction system reduces not necessarily,even if the heat source thermal efficiency is low to cause one part of energy waste,if a series of energy consumption questions of heating network system were prominent,the heat will waste in the process of delivery,causes the terminal users heating quality unable to be guaranteed.Therefore,regarding the evaluation of heating network system appears especially important.Firstly,this article takes 2013~2014 and 2014~2015 heating seasons of operating data and daily operation management situations for energy consumption analysis foundation.The information,that came from the survey of typical thermal companies and substations in C hangchun、Jilin、Yanji and Songyuan,including but not limited to the temperature of the supply and return water,flow and heat supply of primary circuit and second circuit.According to " Evaluation standard for district heating system " GBT50627-2010 determined the central heating network system evaluation index of quantitative calculation and qualitative analysis,then by AHP established the evaluation architecture of central heating network system,includes evaluation unit,evaluation project and evaluation content,the weight coefficient of evaluation unit is realized by means of Delphi method.In addition,the final star-level of heating network system is connect with preferential index,enhances the rationality and flexibility of the evaluation system.Next,this article accomplishes the modernization of evaluation pattern through build informatization platform,uses Java computer program language,takes the modular thought as the leadership,combine with the evaluation system level frame design internal procedure module,the heating network system evaluation software,that possessing the preliminary function of data collection,data analysis,evaluate and star rating has been developed initially,at the same time,combine with operation interfaces,the operation process was introduced detailed.Combine the central heating network evaluation system with computer technology,realize the evaluation system intellectualization,raises evaluation system’s application efficiency and usability,has created the effective condition for the further promoted application of evaluation system.Finally,this article takes the actual heating network system as the test analysis case,calculates actual values of quantitative evaluation index through the collected performance data,and adopts the traditional evaluation method and the software evaluation method to the test sample.Through this actual project,introduced evaluation process of evaluation system and the software’s practical application effect,compared with the traditional pattern,software enhances the evaluation efficiency.In summary,scientific and reasonable central heating network evaluation system has the positive sense regarding the analysis of network system’s energy consumption,through unified with the computer technology,the evaluation software changes the traditional pattern,then become the modern evaluation pattern that integrate the informatization link,regarding promoting the widespread application of evaluation system has important meaning.
