In May 2007,the State Council issued The notification of comprehensive work program for energy conservation and emission reduction,which proposed the work task that is to complete 150 million square meters of existing heating residential buildings' energy-saving in northern China in "the 11 th Five-Year Plan".In May2012,the Ministry of Housing issued building energy conservation specialized planning within "the 12 th Five-Year Plan",it has regarded the "sturdily boost the energy conservation transformation of existing residential building" as a priority task.Jilin Province actively responds to national command,and launched the "warm-house project".During "the 12 th Five-Year Plan",they have completed the energy conservation transformation work of 130 million square meters of existing residential building,and the energy-saving effect is remarkable after the transformation,but the detail of building envelope still has some quality problems.In this thesis,these problems have been studied in the following aspects:First,through data reading method,systemize the energy saving retrofit technology for existing residential building envelope in Changchun,and then discusses the basic application method of main materials and technologies.Secondly,thorough research method,survey the reforestation effect of building envelope from the energy-saving reform project of 325 completed existing residential buildings in Changchun;induct and reorganize the quality problems appearing on each node of building envelope;analyze the reasons from the material,construction,operating conditions,design and other aspects and discuss its existing quality hidden danger.Finally,study the principles of the energy conservation transformation and constructing detailed design for the existing residential building from 5 aspects including: enhance the durability,reduce Heat Bridge to prevent condensation of internal surface,prevent insulating layer from damping,ensure safety and ensure facade aesthetics.And design the panel point construction in which quality hiddendanger easily emerge in external building envelope.Aim to provide specific structure and construction method for the energy conservation transformation of existing residential buildings in Changchun,ensure project quality and energy efficiency,increase satisfaction of residents.
