At the present,with the rapid growth of economy, the construction of our country has made great achievements,but also caused a series of problems about environment and resources, resources environment and economic development has become increasingly acute contradictions,the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious.Therefore, energy conservation and emissions reduction is getting more and more people’s attention.From the Angle of energy, according to the principle of cascade utilization of energy,as far as possible using the low grade energy and renewable energy in the refrigeration.In order to improve the efficiency of water utilization and the requirement of energy conservation and emissions reduction of refrigeration and air conditioning industry,the low water head of river water, tidal power turbine mechanical transmission driven in refrigeration compressor,to meet the refrigeration compressor rotate speed, torque, power under the premise of meet the needs of refrigeration. Compared with low head small power refrigeration, through comprehensive comparison to determine a more realistic to serve people’s natural ice maker. Through the use of river water naturally making a lot of cheap ice, as long as the river water under the condition of the flow can be making ice,through the ice storage to meet the people to the refrigeration and air conditioning and other requirements. Fully use of the low water in order to serve for the people.This paper based on the current demand for energy conservation and emissions reduction in our country, combining the analysis of our country river,the low head hydro power research, putting forward that by taking advantage of the low head hydro power directly to make mechanical ice research,through the analysis of the capacity unit turbine, design and optimization of research, found in refrigeration compressor running conditions of the turbine, which in the rivers and the sea by using low water speed for energy; the water power is mostly used by device.Through the transmission ratio of the speed ratio relations, which can fully meet the requirements of the refrigeration compressor, so as to achieve the requirement of making ice; Because of this device needs to be running in the water, so needing to study the design of box sealing, this paper studied the sealing of the device in the water; Because this device does not need power but by mechanical transmission shaft, so it is very strict with shaft connection,this paper designed the hydraulic turbine, the transmission, the relationship between the compressor shaft connection between components, through the simulation of evaporation coil that making more uniform temperature distribution in the coil arrangement, so that the quality of the ice will be more better; Through the design and calculation of the entire refrigeration system, designed the device arrangement plan.Through the MATLAB software to calculate process visualization computing program interface, making the calculation more convenient and simple; Through the refrigeration compressor performance test to find out the suitable for refrigeration compressor of this device. So that the ice maker can meet the design requirement, to realize the ice maker by the low speed water.
