Street space is an important part of the historic district,as a link between the traditional buildings,as well as an important place to reflect the traditional city.With the growing demand for the preservation and renewal of historic districts in the city,study on this kind of urban space is constantly enriched.Current study on the public space still can't reach the point and the depth.Based on the analysis of existing research,the paper thinks there is theoretical and practical significance to have a quantitative analysis on street space from the perspective of space interface.The paper summarizes the organization mode of Suzhou traditional street space.The Paper is divided into seven chapters: the first chapter tells the research background,purpose and meaning of the study,and introduces the research method and content;the second chapter defines related concepts,and analyzes research and practice both at home and abroad in this a field,especially on Suzhou traditional streets space;the third chapter summarizes the basic research analyzes existing problems of the research,and this based proposes this paper's research thought,specific technology route and research method;the fourth,fifth and sixth chapters analyzes and summarizes the spatial relations,and organizational model of street space according to the methods described in chapter III.Among them,the fourth chapter gives an data analysis based on field research;the fifth chapter concludes the common law shown in the data,and analyzes the spatial relationships;the sixth chapter describes the the organizational model of Suzhou traditional street space and explains the features and content.The seventh chapter summarizes the full text and puts forward prospect.
