With the rapid development of urbanization,the contradiction between energy and the environment is more and more seriously,energy conservation has become a basic national policy in our country.Building energy consumption accounts for more than 30% in social energy consumption,building energy conservation has become the focus of energy conservation in our country.How to effectively reduce building energy consumption to ensure the rational use of energy is particularly important.Building energy consumption analysis and evaluation of energy saving are the key affecting aspects of building energy consumption.Energy consumption analysis and assessment can not only optimization building design from the architectural design,construction,operation and other energy-saving phase,but also a effective ways to green building construction and reduce building energy consumption.There are many problems in original energy consumption analysis,such as information is difficult to obtain,energy consumption analysis of complicated process,the results of the analysis is not accurate.Aiming at the shortcomings of the present energy consumption analysis and energy conservation assessment,This thesis mainly make the following several aspects:Firstly,this thesis puts forward a kind of building energy consumption analysis and energy saving evaluation method based on BIM,through the analysis of the characteristics and advantages of BIM technology,and combined with the principle of building energy consumption analysis.According to the architecture influence factors of energy consumption in different phase,analyzing and evaluating energy consumption of building energy efficiency renovation in differernt design phase.Secondly,this thesis analyzes the influence factors of building energy consumption characteristics,establish the corresponding evaluation index system of energy consumption,propose analysis method based on BIM,give detail process and points out the feasibility of this method.Finally,put forward using SVM to establish building energy efficiency evaluation through the establishment of training samples and testing samples.And this method was applied to office buildings energy-saving evaluation.The analysis of building energy consumption and energy saving evaluation method based on BIM which was proposed in the thesis analyses the objective factors of building energy consumption evaluation,it give quantitative analysis and the result is objective and scientific.It is applicable to monomer building energy consumption analysis and assessment.The research result provides certain theoretical basis and engineering application value to the future of building energy efficiency work.
