| Logistic center is a new trade brought by the society productive forces and society divide of work. Logistic promotes the development of society and industry progress. The Logistic center building is the carrier of advanced productive forces. Logistic center building is also signs of industry advancement. It plays critical role in the development progress of community and city.For some reasons, Logistic center building developed delayer than other countries. No code\ principle and standard can clearly guide the logistic center design especially for fire-fighting design. Logistic center occupy large land, need convenient transportation condition and modern equipment to improve the sorting efficiency and accuracy. The existing norms and rules in our country have greatly restricted the development of logistics warehouse construction and raise the level of productivity.This article is from this point of view, to study how to breakthrough and promotion base on the existing code and standard, to promote the logistics design level, accumulate possibility and feasibility for update the design code and standard.Through the discussion of my study, hope I can attract more people to concerns of logistics warehouse design work, this paper devoted to showing Nike Taicang logistics center project on the LEED, FM and fire, design method and thinking crystallization for other related engineering reference. I hope that through this effort, can partly solve the existing problems in logistics warehouse building design, making this kind of buildings design more in line with the development of industry, promote the sustainable development of the productive forces.This paper is showing Nike Taicang logistic center design work, totally divided into five charts. The first part introduces the background of the project, focus the research scope. The second chapter describes the Leed requirements for Nike project, especially analysis requirements to architecture design. The third chapter mainly discusses the FM requirements for the Nike project architectural design, exploring the difference of FM requires and China fire codes. The fourth chapter mainly discusses the lack of current fire code. The fifth chapter discusses the design strategies. Starting with the conflict between various provisions, show performance analysis of operation and the final solution obtained. |
