Since entering the 21st century, economic and social development of China continues to progress, the urbanization construction also has entered the stage of accelerating. The development of architectural technology, capital intensive and wide market promote construction industry of China to a new peak. But the huge resource consumption, energy consumption problem of construction remains unresolved, and the environment pressure caused by material output of construction remains increasing. Therefore, how to realize the construction energy conservation and emissions reduction has become an important topic.of the current construction of our country.In the 1990s, China-began to try to adopt industrialized building. This new construction mode was adopt to reduce resources consumption, energy consumption, material output and noise emissions in the phase of the construction and operation, so as to the invironment pressure faced by the construction industry. Industrialized building has three characteristics, the first characteristic is a high degree of mechanization, and the construction process is given priority to with lifting. The second is the change of the site of the production of building components, which was transferred to the factory from the scene. The third is a high level of standardization of construction, which allows industrialized building to realize intensive use of resources and energy and better control of material output and noise.Although industrialized building in our country has been introduced for years, its proportion of use in the process of construction is still relatively low. Investigate its reason, the first is the failure to realize quantitative of the industrialized building in saving resource consumption and energy consumption and reducing material output and noise emission. The second is that the costs in the process of production are still high, which doesn't have an advantage comparing with traditional building. The third is that the policies and standards about the industrialized building in our country are not completed.Therefore, in order to define energy conservation and emissions reduction benefits of industrialized building which can alleviate the environment pressure faced by construction industry and provide the reference for our country to setting policy and standard about industrialized building. ths paper will analyze the industrialized building from the following two aspects:One is that basing on research, collecting typical project cases with indicators such as steel, concrete, wood, water, standard coal and solid waste. Then the indicators will be subdivided into consumption and emissions targets of raw materials such as mineral resources, gas emissions, log and standard coal, which can help to quantify the resource consumption, energy consumption, material output and noise. Another is that adopting standard coal as the indicator for energy consumption and CO2 emissions as the indicator for material emission. Then basing on the decoupling theory, the role of industrialized building will be analyzed in the decoupling of energy consumption or emission output with the economic development of construction industry.
