Along with the rapid economic development of China,people's demand for urban transport is increasing,more and more people are beginning to have a private car.Resulting a series of dynamic traffic problems,and simply rely on increasing road infrastructure construction can not really achieve the purpose of dynamically generated traffic,making experts and scholars study further for the traffic problem,To provide the idea for better resolve traffic conflicts that may arised.Aimed at the current situation of hard to park in business district and the administration service centralize area,based on historical data gathered on the roadside free berth for short-time forecasting,and conform to the trend of Smartphone apps,designed the on-street parking information query system client service based on Android.built the Wisdom parking information query system as bridges between user and parking spaces.Work undertaken and the research results obtained include the following(1)Drawing scholars use in a short time traffic prediction based on gray Markov prediction method,Analysied the effective variation of on-street parking berth,applying the grey Markov model on the roadside spare car spaces forecasting and improved model,through empirical prediction accuracy,demonstrate the effectiveness of this method.(2)Relying in this paper relates to the relevant technology,combined with the current situation of Ganzhou city.Analysied the development trend of information service parking guidance system in the future,conducted concrete requirements analysis and systems design for the roadside parking guidance and information services system.(3)In the Eclipse platform,utilized sufficient the free and easy to use character of world map API to developing map services.Designed and implemented on-street parking guidance and information system based on the Android platform.Starting from the actual demand of the system designed and distincted two modules between administrators and ordinary users,which include on-street parking space information release,road information service,on-street parking guidance and information services,and infrastructure query nearby and the other functions.Starting from reaches the public basic traffic needs,increasing on-street parking space utilization and improvement of traffic jam,this paper have forecasted on-street free parking space in short time based on the real data and implement the basic query functionality for on-street parking information service.the results have some reference value for on-street parking management study.
