This paper expounds the theory and method of quality management, such as quality improvement, PDCA cycle and QC group activity, and combined with the engineering practice, introduced the control process of reducing the excessive rate of filter plate installation deviation of V filter.The main contents of this thesis can be summarized as follows:First of all, this article analyzed the project construction quality management and quality control etc. in depth, emphatically introduced the PDCA circulation theory and the use of quality control various methods.Secondly, the importance of filter plate installation, construction of key difficulties, and inspection and acceptance method for a comprehensive analysis of the V filter;By consulting the literature periodical, expert consultation, using the arrangement chart, the brain storm and so on, The main factors that affect the quality of filter board construction are filter board flatness deviation and filter board position deviation, which provide the basis for QC group activities.Again, with V type filter plate installation construction case, using the PDCA circulation method, improve the filter plate installation quality importance, analysis the causes and countermeasures of affecting the filter plate installation quality, draw a conclusion that through the quality process control could reduce the flatness deviation of filter board and the filter plate position deviation exceeding standard rate.Finally, through analysis measured data of filter plate elevation,location and so on, the quality inspection results and economic analysis QC activities carried out before and after, shows that carry out QC group activities, not only improves the filter plate installation quality but saving the cost of the project.
