With the continuous advancing of urbanization, problems such as large scale of urban constructions, shortage of living space and traffic congestions are becoming increasingly prominent. Thus, storey-adding reconstruction on existing buildings is getting more attention. The underground additional construction on existing buildings is a complex project, which is involved with wide range of professions and faced with multiple risk factors. Therefore, implementing risk management on the project is absolutely necessary. This paper, from the perspective of risk management, made a study on issues such as identification of major risk sources in the additional construction project and comprehensive risk evaluation of the whole project, and with practical monitoring data, focused on discussing the construction risks as well. The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1) Through risk identification, the risk factors was analyzed existing in the storey-adding reconstruction project, and with the anchor static press storey-adding construction method, the construction risks was emphatically analyzed in the project, according to which it established a comprehensive evaluation index system for the whole project.(2) Based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and using entropy weight method and analytic hierarchy process as revision to the subjective evaluation, a comprehensive analysis was made on the whole underground storey-adding construction project, and qualitative and quantitative methods was used to evaluate the risk of the whole project.(3) By solely establishing the risk evaluation index system for the project, and connecting the measured data and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation through subordinating degree function, the evaluations on the construction risks of the project.has been made.
