Research Into The Interaction Flow Experience In Mobile Contexts

Mobile situation is one of the important factors that affect mobile intelligent device the user experience,interactive design and user experience researchers attention.Flow by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi proposed first,it refers to the people engaged in their favorite work may experience a unique experience of body and mind,it often makes people forget all about eating and sleeping,regardless of the return of dedicated work,and enjoy it.They call this unique experience Flow(Flow).This study attempts to mobile situation and flow(flow),for mobile situation,using the characteristics of mobile devices,and touching way of interaction,to explore the structure of the mobile end flow,flow to realize interaction designers provide some design guidelines,make more vivid and interesting mobile applications.In this paper,the main work and achievements are as follows:First of all,through the comprehensive inquisition flow,mobile situation and interaction flow system of the relevant literature found that flow is to assess a good dimension of user experience.Pipe in the field of traditional psychology,flow has been fully studied,but especially in the area of design,mobile application design,flow is still a new faces.Especially mobile application design,flow theory has not yet play a role,so we try to boldly the PC flow research combined with the feature of the use of mobile situation,explore the flow structure and implemented on mobile.Second,we use flow scale questionnaire to let users on social networking,games,and three types of mobile e-commerce application flow evaluation,select the most flow of three typical applications: WeChat COC,tribal conflict,mobile phone taobao.Combined with the user of the flow two aspects of evaluation and the evaluation of the designer to design implementation to verify each other.Once again,we collected all kinds of mobile terminal interaction design flow related design elements,respectively according to different mobile application situation recruiting interaction(interface)designers to evaluate all the design elements,the four factors is obtained by exploratory factor analysis: rich feedback,rich interaction and dynamic effect guide,user guide.Finally on the basis of the four factors of load calculation score three application made entirely competing goods analysis comparison.Then three kinds of mobile application flow related factors score results draw on the radar map,competing goods analysis.So that each advantages and disadvantages of mobile APP is loud and clear,interaction designers can directly to the results of this article as assessing how a mobile application APP flow tool.Based on the research of relevant materials,move flow combining with the specific situation to explore,the establishment of a mobile APP flow evaluation guidelines,thus for the mobile application software development and design of power,from the theoretical and empirical aspects for the mobile end flow theory research has opened up a new path,but also enriched the moving situation of flow theories.
