Water conservancy project is related to the basic industry of national economy and social development,it plays an enormous economic and social benefits in all aspects of social development,and also plays an important role in the sustainable and stable development of the national economy.However,due to the long construction period of water conservancy and hydropower projects,investment,involving multiple departments,personnel complex,so it will produce a variety of problems,triggering a variety of risks.Water conservancy project migration is in the process of water conservancy development,due to the construction of water conservancy projects and the planned,a large number of population migration,involving economic,social,political,environmental and many other aspects,is an important component of the construction of water conservancy projects,and has the characteristics of non voluntary.If you can not properly deal with and resettlement of immigrants,not only a threat to the sustainable development of the immigrants themselves,but also affect the coordinated development of society,economy and environment.In this paper,through the study of water conservancy project migration risk,identify the key risk sources and the engineering project migration risk level,and then do a good job of risk prevention measures,reduce or avoid loss.In this study,the risk of water conservancy project,through the collection and collation of information at home and abroad,a comprehensive exposition of the status of the development of the risk analysis of immigrant risk analysis and water conservancy project,the content of risk analysis.Set up the risk factor set,identify the main risk factors of water conservancy project,and set up the index system of the risk assessment of water conservancy project.Using AHP and entropy method to determine the weight of each index in the evaluation model of water conservancy project migration risk,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory,the establishment of the water conservancy project migration risk evaluation model,the water conservancy project investment and immigration comprehensive analysis and evaluation.Through the case of water conservancy project validation,the use of water conservancy project migration risk assessment model,the water conservancy project migration risk identification,estimation,evaluation,draw the water conservancy project migration risk level,make the corresponding risk response measures.Finally,through the analysis of the actual case,respectively,to calculate the weight of risk indicators and comprehensive evaluation results,analysis and comparison of the differences between the three kinds of calculation results,and the reasons for the differences.At the same time from the calculation results,the actual project risk level and the key risk factors for the construction unit to make risk prevention measures to provide a reliable basis.
