| The computer monitoring system of hydropower station is a kind of system which uses digital electronic computer to control the electric energy production process. As hydropower industry pay more and more attention to the monitoring system in recent years, each hydropower station implements the design of the monitoring system as an important project at the beginning of the construction. Its design level directly affects the safety, reliability and practicality of the operation of power station equipment in the future. And the wide application of computer monitoring and controlling system br ings great influence on the economic and social benefits of hydropower station.Rasiva Hydropower Station is one of first national giant hydropower stations of 700 MW and its computer monitoring and controlling system has distinct characteristics of times and strong representation and could meet the requirements of operation of power plant. Its power plant operation mode is designed according to the principle of "no one on duty"(or few people on duty) and centralized monitoring mode which takes a layered and distributed dual redundancy design is adopted. The whole system is mainly composed of the remote control unit(PC) and local control unit(LCU). The remote control unit is mainly used for power plant’s remote monitoring, control and regulation, operation mode setting of power station equipment, field control object data storage and query and information transmission with Northwest Power Grid Dispatching center. It is mainly composed of network switch, optical fiber transmission medium, application server, data server, disk array, communication server, operator station, engineer station, network encryption and isolation, power supply and other major equipment and will be described in detail in the second chapter. The local control unit is mainly composed of unit LCU, Power LCU, Switch station LCU and Public LCU. This paper focuses on the hardware circuit and software programming of the unit LC U. In the hardware circuit, the power supply, data acquisition, storage, processing and control of the LCU system are mainly studied and the unit water machine protection circuit is described in particular. In the software part, logical judgment of individual states such as the unit shutdown state, idling state, idling state, power state of unit LCU, sequential control design and generator accident shutdown process are studied in depth. The source program code, programming and address list of the unit control process are listed in detail. In the third chapter of this paper, this part is described and explained in detail.This paper focuses on the study of system design, network construction, generator control regulatory program, host computer system software function and practical application of the monitoring system of Rasiva Hydropower Station. These provide professional and technical personnel of the hydropower station with certain references to study and understand characteristics and application of the computer monitoring system. It also gives some help for professional design personnel to develop future hydropower station monitoring system. |
