Test And Analysis Of LED Table Lamps Lighting Quality

In recent years,with the increase of the demand for lighting,the development of LED is fast.LED has almost replaced the traditional light source and lighting products.Apparently,LED has been becoming the veritable “lighting boss”.At the same time,LED table lamps also rapidly based itself on market and grow.In addition to a beautiful appearance,safe external circuit,good lighting quality is necessary.But for consumers,how to judge the lighting quality according to the peripheral conditions of LED table lamps?Follows the lamp performance requirements of GB9473-2008,we make a little improvement with the measurement method of illuminance.The main apparatuses we use are: integrating sphere,illuminance meter,imaging luminance meter and distributed luminosity meter.Starting from the research direction of LED lighting quality,this paper discusses the influence of the external factors which are the most easily observed by consumers-color temperature and power.Use a series of indexes such as color parameters,intensity of illumination,uniformity of illuminance,glare to analyze the most suitable environment for human eyes.Through these experiments,we know that the illumination and brightness on each respective angle of gamma plane of LED table lamps have a certain degree of positive correlation with color temperature and power.However,the illumination uniformity degree shows a negative correlation.That is,the greater the power,higher the temperature,the larger the same position in the illumination and brightness,poorer the illumination and brightness uniformity,easier to induce glare.Besides,the greater the power,the luminous flux will increase,more easy to meet the lighting needs.As consumers,careful not to select the high power and high color temperature simultaneously when use LED table lamps.Generally,power 8~10W,color temperature about 5000 K can provide the best lighting environment.There still has many shortcomings.The subjects have certain limitations,the test precision of the instruments resulting in a ”some data is lost”,the subjective evaluation experiment for color temperature,the amount of testers is too small,the number of LED is far to enough.If there is a chance,I hope to be able to carry out a more in-depth study to offer a better guiding significance to the development of LED table lamps.
