Social economy, especially the rapid development of industry, resulting in large quantities of industrial products manufacturing and disposal, on the one hand produces both the waste of resources and energy shortage, on the other hand caused tremendous pressure to the ecological environment. Remanufacturing is a recycling economy development mode as the starting point of resource energy saving and environmental protection.In recent years, China's remanufacturing industry has a rapid development momentum, and has become the important remanufacturing center in the world. Besides, the application of basic research and technology application development in China are at the forefront of the world. But the remanufacturing industry in China is still in the initial stage of development, research on remanufacturing is not perfect. Research about engine remanufacturing cleaning now is developed and studied from the technical point of view. Considering the characteristics of remanufacturing industry and engine remanufacturing cleaning technology, engine remanufacturing cleaning has the unique objectives and requirements, engine remanufacturing cleaning technology cannot directly copy the experience of other industries. Remanufacturing cleaning decides the quality and the cost of remanufacture products, and decides the feasibility of remanufacturing. Therefore, it is urgent need to analysis the cost of engine remanufacturing cleaning technology.In the basis of engine remanufacturing technology, life cycle, technical economic theory and methods, combined with the related research on engine remanufacturing cleaning technology and life cycle cost, we determined the research problem. Remanufacturing industry as the background, engine remanufacturing cleaning technology as the starting point, we choose the life cycle cost analysis method. First of all, combined with the product life cycle and the technology development theory, we division the life cycle of engine remanufacturing cleaning technology. The life cycle cost of cleaning technology will be divided into design stage cost, manufacturing processing stage cost, maintenance stage cost, disposal stage cost, and individual accounting environment cost. Secondly, according to the cost of each phase, the structure of life cycle cost decomposition is established. And estimate the cost of each stage under comprehensive utilization of different cost estimation methods, and build up the life cycle cost model of engine remanufacturing cleaning technology. After that, we estimated the life cycle cost of the cleaning technology which is used by some remanufacturing enterprises. In addition, sensitivity analysis was carried out on the life cycle cost of the engine remanufacturing cleaning technology, and the influence degree of the related factors on the target index was studied from the quantitative point of view. The sensitivity factor of comprehensive sensitivity analysis is the environmental protection policy and technology progress, the change of surface environmental protection policy and technological progress has a great impact on the life cycle cost of re engine manufacturing cleaning technology.
