| In recent years, project risk management is a comprehensive discipline of the rapid development, is an important part of project management, and is the method to deal with the problems caused by the uncertainty factors. Now, in the dredge field, the technology of underwater reef explosion construction lags behind the average relatively, and project management is not ripe yet. During the process of project implementation, construction project managers lack consciousness of risk management. In order to improve the risk control consciousness of project managers, the author, according to the actual working situation, selected study on risk management of reef blasting construction in dredging engineering as the research thesis.Firstly, paper states the course of the risk management development, the present situation of our country construction project risk management and the problems existing in the dredging project. Secondly, it introduces the theories and methods of risk management, including risk identification, risk assessment, risk analysis and risk control. And the article focuses on the application of the analytic hierarchy process, combining with the actual project of reef blasting construction in dredging project, has quantitative risk assessment. According to the result of risk assessment, it formulates the corresponding risk control measures.In this paper, by using the theoretical knowledge of risk management, it achieves the quantitative analysis of reef blasting construction in dredging engineering. And the analytic hierarchy process is used in the construction process, effectively reduces the risk of project, and significantly improves the completion efficiency of project. I hope this article can play a good reference for the management of reef blasting construction in dredging engineering in the future. |
