After the founding of new China, housing construction as an important part of the development of the national economy, have experienced from the early production data scarcity to large-scale construction, from the early neighborhood unit and expand to a complete development model of community. Residential construction is closely related to the social development level, economic level and technical level, policy system and urban development conditions, residential area planning also shows features along with the country's overall development in theory and techniques. From the large construction of commercial housing in 2001 to carry out existing residential areas'renovation project to enhance the comprehensive in 2011 in China, the living environment of our country is currently in a period of rapid development and changes, the development of housing commercialization and market economy make our living form become more diverse.
