As one of the new areas of research focus on motor,Mechanical variable flux disc permanent magnet synchronous motor(MVFDPMSM)is a new type of motor,which can be effectively variable the gap flux strength of the motors,solved some of the problem such as difficult to control flux strength,the power density low,low operational reliability,compared with traditional motors.This motors involves various aspects of electromagnetic involved,mechanical design,control system,in close connection with each other.In this paper,the new motor is the research object,Aiming at the coordination relationship between the motor body and the mechanical variable flux device,In-depth study of the performance of its mechanical and electrical co-simulation,The research work and results are as follows:1.The topology Selection of the axial motor and analysis of working principle.General description of the various types of variable f lux motors and the direction of development of domestic and foreign scholars have proposed,the structural features and performance advantages and disadvantages of the four common axial permanent magnet synchronous motor are comparative analyzed.According to requirements of the subject,the double-sided internal stator structure motors is chose as objectives of the research,and the Corresponding topology of the mechanical variable flux device is proposed,the motor EMF equation is derived after analyzing of mechanical device working principle.2.Mechanical variable flux device dynamics simulation.According to the working princ iple of mechanical variable f lux device,its virtual prototype model is constructed and its mechanical properties are studied based on mechanical point of view of structural mechanics,.the relationship between motor speed,spring stretching length and stagger angle rotor in simulation are detail stud ied,the rationality and feasibility of mechanical variable flux device on research are verified.Finally the adams model of Mechanical variable flux device is exported,lay the foundation for the co-simulation.3.Set up Motor control system.the relationship between motor speed,flux linkage and Stagger angle is obtained by using finite element analys is method;According to the motor structure,the mathematical model of the motor especially the equation of the voltage and inductance,electromagnetic torque,mechanical are analyzed;finally the motor SVPWM control system model is builted,Provide support for the smooth progress of the co-simulation.4.Electromechanical co-Simulation Research.the model of co-simulatin based on the adams model of Mechanical var iable flux device and the motor SVPWM control system model are builted,The different conditions such as constant speed,rising speed and falling speed are selected respectively.The relationship between motor speed and Stagger angle,flux linkage,EMF are analyzed.According to the corresponding data,and combined with the data of theoretical analysis above,the rationality and feasibility of Mechanical variable flux device on research is further verified.
