Finally, the practice of value engineering method in LS company is deeply analyzed. From the domestic macro background, the development of the industry, the market point of view, the reason LS company took the way of the product differentiation and the green health residential market segments is analyzed. Under the condition of 10% increase in the cost, the LS's residence makes the owners who have green residence realize the greater functions, and know it worthy.
