With the development of chromatographic techniques, chromatography is moving miniaturization, fast, high-throughput, multi-functional, and interconnection other instruments or other industrial applications. Different chromatographic manufacturers are using custom communication protocol for data transmission, there is no uniform standard protocol, and resulting chromatographic data information between different instruments or instruments and industrial systems can not be shared, forming a so-called "information island" problem.In this paper, we have a detail analysis and research for the domestic chromatographic data sharing, according to the status and the study of the existing data exchange technology, proposed the scheme that data conversion and data sharing of the online gas chromatography, and the plan is use the OPC technology to solve the efficient information integration and interactivity between chromatography workstations with industrial applications. Only the upper industrial control systems simply follow the OPC standard interface, you can get the data information of the lower chromatography. For example, the MGC5000 chromatography workstation, we designed and implemented the OPC Server for it, and then it can be provide data services for different systems.Considering that the online system or software of industrial must be high reliability, we analyzed the reliability that has two aspects, there are software complexity and system trusty, and give a formula to calculate the complexity and reliability, and then applied for the OPC Server. According to the analysis results, find the factors that be bad for trusty, then modify the OPC Server design and code. The results show that, effectively improve the reliability of the software system. |
