In the case of energy shortage and serious damage of ecological environment situation, solar photovoltaic power generation and hydropower proposed can not only improve the local environment, but also can solve the problem of energy shortage to a certain extent. The construction of XiXia hydropower station in nanchang of jiangxi province is in order to meet the requirements of electricity and water around. Based on the background of the hydropower station, this topic proposes a megawatt light water storage micro grid power generation system to improve the current situation of water and electricity supply and then fully meet local water demand.First of all, this paper made the detail of the source of the project and explained the research meaning. And then made a comparison between the water-light and fishing-light complementary system. Finally introduced the structure of this paper.Secondly, on the basis of the above analysis and system requirements, the overall design scheme constructed light water storage micro power SCADA system,confirming the monitoring system needs to monitor the parameters, and then design a photovoltaic power generation system and the hydropower plant monitoring software structure.Again, according to the actual situation, it need to increase the PV system, and photovoltaic system inverter is selected to make comparative analysis, obtained by micro inverter DC is inverted into alternating current better results. The communication software and the communication process are designed by studying the way of MODBUS communication in the photovoltaic power generation system. And analyze how to realize the communication between the host computer and the management of energy.Finally, through the WinCC software, this topic design the monitoring interface of the light water storage system, how to carry out OPC communication, according to the actual we need to add remote monitoring system. The energy management of the system is analyzed, the research on how to achieve the optimal effect, and through the experimental verification we draw a clear conclusion.Based on micro power grid of XiXia reservoir, we designed the software and hardware solutions of monitoring system. On the hardware mainly take the form of combining the decentralized and centralized monitoring. The use of remoting network can solve some difficulties in the inconvenience monitoring, reducing the manpower and material resources. Operation state is displayed on the monitor page power system, and the important information is passed on in the form of chart, so as to ensure the stable operation of the system.Through a lot of data collection and the background of research,I found that the present XiXia reservoir cannot provide the amount of electricity on the electricity peak, leading the company and nearby villages have no power. So this topic research a kind of light water storage micro grid power generation system.The subject has the strong application value and has the certain theory significance on the project relative to it.
