Surface Water Source Heat Pump(SWSHP) has become hot topics at the industry as a renewable energy technology,however, the promotion and application of this technology are constrained by many factors, cooling and heating metering technology is one of these facors.This study is based on the characteristics of water source heat pump system, and designed for system and heat metering and billing of critical issues, completed the the following contents,:first,research and analysis the energy consumption constitutes and ratio of SWSHP in design and actual condition, proposed energy-saving's key problem of surface water source heat pump system. In view of the end for fan coil system accounted for central air conditioning systems form the vast majority,on the basis of studying the current energy measurement of various central air conditiong, propsed methods for the measurement of fan coil system firstly, then,completed the derivation of the theoryanalyses and analysised the feasibility of the method.Explore the key parameter variable test and calculation methods at the same time. In response to the two key issues of the measurement method:①The problem that where to measure the inlet air parameters and inlet water temperature.②Whether the total measurement error meets application requirements. Based on the new measurement theory and the delivery method of error about indirect measurement,derived the error propagation formulae under summer and winter respectively.Calculated the total error of the measurement under summer condition through experimental data,analyzed the main factors which affect the error of measurement.Last,for SWSHP system,analysis its cold/heat price and charging framework,then,take the actual SWSHP project as exemple to study.As the study show:First,the main device's loss percentage of SWSHP as following: Unit accounted for 65%~75%, intake pump accounted for 10%~25%, frozen pump account for 9%~20%.On the basis of this study,proposed that energy metering increase efficiency mainly from two aspects: Increase the cooling efficiency. Behavior energy saving. This study raised new method that amended by the end of the metering based on fan-coil,and use programming software–Visual Basic6.0,to written the measurement theory into the program,and analysis of the measurement device and its features,laid the basis for the theory to develop the measurement-based heat metering products.Through the summer experiment:①Due to the influence of electrical heating power, the inlet air parameters should set on the fan side;If the region is relatively small,in order to save investment,the inlet water temperature should set on the total water supply pipe instead of the inlet to fan-coil.②Through error analysis, concluded that the distinctiveness order of each parameter:t > t w>? .③According to the experimental data, calculate the total measurement error range:8%~12%.In response to the project, Calculate the surface water source heat pump system with hot and cold quantity unit price,and developed a billing system for implementation of the programme...
