Study On The Spatial Adaptability Design Of Urban Industrial Park Community Center

After the development of 30 years of reform and opening up, all kinds of industrial parks in our country have been spread all over the country. Economic and technological development zone, high-tech development zone has become an important engine to boost local economic development in order to solve the park residents’ daily life support services, The construction of community center has become a key point of the construction of the basic public facilities. At the same time the community center at the beginning of the overall development of the park will be the develop management functions as the temporary presence for the time being. Then, the community center will be gradually converted to the original functions of the community service center. Therefore, the Industrial Park community center function space should have the ability to change. However, there is no reference to the community center of the existing park and the city community center which is built for one-stop design. At present, these construction projects lacking the ability to function in the development of strain for the future take into account the existing functional requirements. In theoretical research in recent years, the theory of the community center building design is also a lack of comprehensive and systematic study.Based on the above background, in this paper, the concept of spatial adaptability is introduced into the design of community center of industrial park in order to meet the dynamic requirements of the Park Community Center. Through the analysis of adaptive influence factors of park community center, development value and the development trend, this paper puts forward the principle of adaptability design and design strategy of Industrial Park community center. First, for the issues of widespread tendency of serious administrative, lack of indoor sports and entertainment facilities, lack of interior space communication, lack of community sentiment and vitality, traffic organization and management confusion, space utilization imbalance, thesis research neighborhood centers of Suzhou industrial park and community centers of Nanjing new town, summarizing the issues of disengagement between the actual needs and the development of mind, management space which leading to popular issues such as inadequate lacking of flexibility. Based on this research, this paper systematically studies the influence factors of adaptability, development value and development trend and put forward the principle and strategy of the adaptability design of industrial park community center tentatively. First of all, the paper put forward the scientific nature of the overall construction plan from the configuration of flexible planning, forms, construction schedule, and traffic organization to illustrate. Then it divides the community center space into 4 types. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the construction of the dynamic function, the modular design, the construction technology and the construction of the communication space. Finally, the author has participated in the design of Nanjing industry park community center to verify the theory in order to put forward valuable suggestions for the development of the community center of industrial parks in china.
