Research Of Design Strategy On "Community Center"of New Urban District

After 20 years of exploration, the urban and rural community construction has become a new development and bright spot of the rural and urban grassroots governance, received widespread concern, especially the attention of government and academia. Because that our country is in the process of fierce change of economic transition and social transformation,so without exception,the community construction has the characteristics of the era of social transformation and social characteristics. One of the most prominent collisions is the collision between the community and the traditional system, in the other word, the collision between the old and the new. This contradiction also exists on the planning and architectural design of community centers(service stations, etc.),which provides the community with recreation, culture, social affairs. At the same time, the community center also carries the revival of the city public communication space and the return of the neighborhood system. And which one in that can be handled easily is the new community center of the new district in a fast-growing city. The thesis concentrates on the research of the design strategy of "community center" which located at the new district of city,aimed at studying this building type within the construction field of city new district community center. Combing through the relevant laws and regulations, policy and statistics,researching and analyzing at the present situation, make it clear that the location and composition of the community center, the function of the specific configuration and give ways of solving such problems as how to create a dynamic space and summarized the characteristics and design strategy of this type of architecture. Provide references and guidances for the design practices of community center which located at the new district of city in the future.This thesis consists of 6 chapters:Chapter 1: the introduction part. This paper introduces the background, significance and the current situation of the research, defines main concepts, clear the significance of the research and related research review, research methods and research framework.Chapter 2: analysis of the community and the community center. Focus on the analysis of relevant industry regulations involved in the design of the community center and the main problems of domestic community center. And summarizes the characteristics of the new community center, city land property, indicators and management mode.Chapter 3: Research on the design strategy of Urban New District Community centre.From the macro and micro level, including aspects of site selection and space layout,configuration features, space and layout mode, the form and the principles to create a sense of place. Summarizes the design optimization strategy and specific measures of city district community centre.Chapter 4: investigation of the current situation of City New District Community centre. Taking Nanjing Hexi New Town Development Area of mature central as the research object, focuses on several community centers, Specific areas of research and summary from the use of questionnaires and the the strategies drawn from the third chapter.Chapter 5: self practice.Use the resulting strategies in the design of Bangqiao Guxiong community service center.Chapter 6: Conclusion. A summary of the whole thesis.Summarize of the operation principle of community center and puts forward the innovation points of the thesis, the prospect of follow-up study.The whole thesis is about 77000 words, 219 illustrations(Figure 168, table 51) and Appendix 8 pieces.
