The Applied Research Of Multi-project Management In The Resettlement Support Project Management

With China's constantly increasing in the support to The later-stage support project in the reservoir resettlement areas,the management of the later-stage support project becomes more and more difficult as with the increasing of the species and the number of the later-stage support project.So the model of the later-stage support project management is in urgent need of deep research.It has been reviewed and summarized in the work of the the later stage supporting Policy,what's more,the features and contents of the work have been deeply analyzed.As to the administrative situation of plan and implement in the later-stage support project,we analyzed the problem which is suited organization?unscientific project?irregular construction and operation in the later-stage support project in the aspects of project management and the reservoir resettlement administrations and put up with the necessity of applying multi-project management to the later-stage support project management.We analyzed the multi-project management theory which was widely used in other fields and studied the organization construction and the process of the selection and optimization of the project.Combined with the problems,we analyzed the demand for the organization construction of the reservoir resettlement administrations under the multi-project management theory.We have built up the framework of management system for the multi-project management,and on this foundation we set up the project management office(PMO)which will solve the problem of the reservoir resettlement administrations.For the process of management multi-project,we built up the Multi-project management processes for fellow-up support project,establish a comprehensive scoring methord for project selection and the portfolio optimization will be carried on among projects with similar type and close geographical position.It has been proved by example analysis that multi-project management could be used in the later-stage support project to solve the project management.This model and it's advantages has been summarized in order to make sure that it will be useful to the later-stage support work in the future.
