While the rapid development of China's road construction,increasing the number of highway bridges and tunnels.Due to the special nature of the tunnel road,based on the factors fire,construction and other road tunnels are suitable for use in the form of cement concrete pavement.Tunnel Cement Concrete Pavement specifications must have the following characteristics good skid resistance,good durability,low noise,small dust pollution in the wet environment and oil resistance and flame retardant characteristics.Tunnel relatively closed environment,where the humidity is particularly large,long road tunnel in a wet state,portland cement concrete pavement skid constructed not long maintained,after the road slippery wear high-speed vehicles,traffic accidents continue to occur has become a tunnel one of the serious problems to be solved pavement.Polymer modified cement-based materials because of its tensile strength deformation capacity,bonding performance,durability,dynamic load mechanical properties,water resistance,bending,resistance to chemical corrosion media and other aspects of performance compared to other similar materials show a good,in foreign countries it has been widely used.Based on highway tunnel concrete pavement construction of polymer modified cement concrete pavement has carried out systematic study,choosing three kinds of polymer emulsion(SBR,PAE and EVA)respectively were modified mortar blending design,has carried on the PCC surface material gradation composition of polymer concrete mechanics and the influence of anti-sliding and pavement skid resistance characteristics of the research;Using ANSYS finite element numerical simulation technology to the PCC-PCCP composite pavement in different mechanical characteristics,load stress and temperature stress under the condition of stress and strain distribution of the related research;Through paving test road of mixing,transporting and paving of PCC and paving the road after curing,kerf width,filling and sealing process,pavement quality testing to ensure that the quality of construction technology has explored;Finally,the polymer modified cement concrete pavement are analyzed in economic benefit.Studies have shown that polymer-modified mortar strength and durability on the one hand to improve the content of the polymer,i.e.mortar polymer content;On the other hand is the water consumption of cement mortar is reduced,the mixture ratio of water to reduce;Polymer modified concrete surface has the larger macro structure;Polymer modified concrete surface has a larger macro-structure;PCC pavement has a dense spatial network structure,the PCC has excellent mechanical properties and durability and abrasion resistance;Under the effect of temperature gradient is proposed the PCC-PCCP composite pavement structure to withstand the effect of temperature gradient;polymer modified asphalt to concrete less heated mix energy cooperation,avoiding the use of asphalt pavement additional costs caused by the forming roller compacted compared to asphalt pavement service life extended twice,significant economic and social benefits.
