Dispatching automation system is a data-processing system of providing the operation information of power system, tools of analysis and decision and controlling methods for the power-control personnel, and is an important part of Grid applications technology.With the construction of Municipal-County Integration operation system, the proposal of construction goal for a unified, strong, and smart grid, puts forward a new requirement of intelligence and integration.This paper, focusing on the issue mentioned above, makes a further study.Automation system is a data-processing system of providing the operation information of power system, tools of analysis and decision and controlling methods for the power-control personnel, and is an important part of Grid applications technology.With the construction of Municipal-County Integration operation system, the proposal of construction goal for a unified, strong, and smart grid, puts forward a new requirement of intelligence and integration.On the background of reforming the dispatching automation system in Quyang county, This paper, focusing on the issue mentioned above, makes a further study.Firstly, to design the reforming scheme of the county power dispatching control system in the aspect of hardware and software.For the shortcomings of the county dispatching automation system, like single function, large maintenance workload and ill-running, the reformation of the hardware, divides the whole framework into four levels of application categories, applications, functions and services; divides the system functions into real-time monitoring and early-warning, dispatching scheduling, security check and scheduling management; three levels of the system software in the aspects of network modeling, state estimation and load prediction.it can be obtained that the upgraded county dispatching-control system works well and reliably by comparing the reformation of the system.Then study quyang grid architecture, the county voltage reactive power control system is suitable for the control and implementation of the strategy.On the analysis of the AVC system concept, model and function, on the basis of reactive power optimization control model is set up, and will be used in quyang county power grid AVC system, analyzes its running effect, it is concluded that quyang AVC system not only improve the voltage quality, reduce network loss, and reduce the labor intensity of the regulation and control personnel.At last, the maintenance and management for the county dispatching control system.To design maintenance and management the procedures of a new plant station, create a new station automation checklist, trouble shoot the signals from the station ends, solve the deficiencies of automation system, and then establish a data connection with the OMS system, ensuring normal and stable operations of the system.
