Research On The Project Quality Management And Evaluation In Integration Of Bulian Power Plant

Construction of cloth connected power plant project put into operation, in order to meet the overall electricity infrastructure layout planning requirements for North China Power Grid, to meet the electricity measuring demand in North China Power Grid partial areas, power generation market cloth and even plants are mainly concentrated in Southern Hebei region, by cloth and even plants electrical energy supply, South Hebei solve power shortage phenomenon, to achieve a balance of power load, it laid the foundation for regional economic development.Construction of the plant a long-term, dynamic process system, power plant construction have the technical complexity of many construction workers, more than step task, a long period of time, complex environment characteristics. therefore, we need to strengthen the power plant project quality management.In this paper, quality management and project evaluation methods were basically describes the same time, the basic situation of cloth connected power plant construction project quality were analyzed and summarized, analyzed the necessity of the cloth even plant quality assessment, quality, impact and even fabric plant elements analyzed. Through a combination of subjective and objective, the establishment of a hierarchical system of power plants even cloth quality management evaluation, the use of value engineering on the impact of the project and the quality of the basic elements for screening. In this paper, AHP selected elements of quality management empowerment, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the quality management elements to evaluate the quality of the final to give effect evaluation of whole cloth and even plants. By results of the evaluation of the quality factors were analyzed, and by the results of the analysis, put forward the corresponding quality management improvement measures.
