| In recent years,with the improvement of people’s living quality,more and more motor vehicles are used,its exhaust has been a serious threat to air quality,so the development of green transportation has become an important topic.Electric vehicles with low noise,no pollution and no petrochemical energy consumption etc,is the ideal means of transportation.Switched reluctance motor has simple structure,strong and durable;More control parameters,control more flexible;Drive high reliability and can run in a wider speed range of high speed and it has DC motor series features,it is very suitable for the vehicle load.Ontology of switched reluctance motor and control system are two important part of the switched reluctance motor drive system.This paper revolves around them.This paper introduces the Switched Reluctance Motor Drive system(Switched Reluctance Motor Drive,SRD)development status at home and abroad,and expounds the Switched Reluctance Motor(Switched Reluctance Motor,SRM)principle,basic structure and the control mode,and by other Motor Drive system and Switched Reluctance Motor Drive system,analysis the advantages and disadvantages of Switched Reluctance Motor Drive system.Secondly,through the analysis of the characteristics of the motor basic performance,this paper introduces the electrical design of ontology,and by Mathcad software and Ansoft Maxwell software,motor parameters are calculated and optimized.At the same time,design the hardware of control circuit.Finally,under the joint efforts of the project group,has set up a experimental platform for the switched reluctance motor,by the experiment research,the design is feasibility and reliability.In order to increase the reliability of the vehicle control,The core of the motor controller chip is produced by ST company STM32F051 micro controller.Its working performance is stable,there are multiple peripherals port,has the high data processing ability,thus make the system complexity is reduced greatly. |
