As the world's oil resources shortage,environment pollution is more and more serious,the traditional auto industry by severe impact,developing electric vehicles has become a research focus in the world today.The electric car has no pollution,low noise,energy conservation and environmental protection,etc.The drive motor speed control system is a lot of more phyletic,the switched reluctance motor has simple structure,strong,low cost,high efficiency,large starting torque,etc,has a strong development potential.In this paper,according to the characteristics of the electric vehicle drive system,ontology structure to process the design of switched reluctance motor,and expounds and introduces the hardware control circuit.Ontology of switched reluctance motor is designed for the core content of this design.First of all,the paper analyzes the research background and significance of the switched reluctance motor,this paper introduces the development of electric vehicles at home and abroad and its drive sy stem,through the switched reluctance motor drive system compared with other motor drive system,analysis illustrates the switched reluctance motor drive system,the advantages and disadvantages of the current switch reluctance motor used in pure electric vehicles are the main deficiency is bigger torque ripple.Therefore,according to have to the design requirements of prototype structure and electromagnetic parameters for the design,the use of Ansoft software Rmxprt module and Maxwell2D module for the design of the four phase of 16/12 switched reluctance motor has carried on the modeling and simulation,the simulation data and curves,through and other three phase and four phase switched reluctance motor,it can be seen that the design of the motor,to reduce the torque pulsation characteristics,meet the vehicle repeatedly,start-up and shutdown climbing speed regulation requirements.Then,according to the requirements of small electric vehicle drive system,hardware circuit and software system design of SRD system,machine debugging using the experimental platform were simply introduced.Finally,an experiment platform for the design prototype experiment,using the oscilloscope to measure the experimental prototype phase current and phase voltage curve in different environment,and the plot of the automatic test of the prototype under the features.
