Angle is one of the important parameters in the field of production, life and industrial manufacture. In economic construction, national defense construction and science and technology departments are separated from the needs of the angle measurement. The accuracy of the angle measurement is directly related to the quality and life of the product. Therefore, the angle measurement plays an important role in geometric measurement. With the development of the industrial system requirements of angle measurement technology to improve, because the measurement range, precision,volume and power consumption constraints, existing angle measuring instrument in many applications has gradually can not meet the measurement requirements.In this topic, the measurement of the horizontal inclination of machine tools,automobiles, ships and other manufacturing fields as well as railway and satellite signal tower is analyzed in this thesis. This thesis analyzes and studies the current measurement methods and the measuring instruments at home and abroad, and summarizes the high precision, portable, low power consumption and digital development needs of the angle measuring instruments. In this thesis, from the principle analysis, hardware design, software design and reliability and anti-jamming design four aspects, design a based on ADuC845 MCU and 3D-MEMS sensor technology of digital, high precision, dual-axis horizontal tilt angle measuring instrument system. The angle measuring instrument system can be realized by LCD liquid crystal display module, and the remote real-time data transmission can be realized through the RS485 bus interface. This angle measuring instrument is suitable for the measurement of the horizontal inclination angle of the X axis and the Y axis in the reality of ±30 degree(or ±90 degrees).Finally, the angle measuring system were hardware debugging and calibration of sensor, nonlinear compensation and the analysis of the error source, confirm the angle measurement system can realize the angle detection and meet the requirements of high precision two axis angle measuring instrument design.
