In recent years automobile manufacturing industry obtained rapid development and the global energy crisis is deepening with it. With the green concept is accepted by more and more people, the development of new energy has become an inevitable trend of social development. The electric car which is based on the power of the electric energy that is clean and pollution-free is a new type of traffic tools. Under the double pressure of energy crisis and environmental protection, the electric car will get rapid development. As electric vehicle's energy supply device, charging pile is an important restriction factor to its development, so the effective operation of the charging pile become an important aspect of them.Electromagnetic compatibility is to study the equipment of the ability to work properly in the electromagnetic interference environment. As an important influence factor of charging pile's effective operation, we must carry out rigorous testing to ensure its effective operation.Generally, anti-interference tests included surge,electrical transient bursts and electrostatic discharge test. While this paper is aimed to study the electrostatic discharge test, and gives several kinds of models of the electrostatic discharge,then gives some common anti-interference measures.This paper mainly introduced a kind of static discharge generator. Firstly it analyzes the significance of developing static discharge generator, secondly introduces several kinds of common static discharge models, finally puts forward the design requirements of the static discharge generator. Then according to the requirements of the circuit design, this paper gives the design of the hardware circuit of electrostatic discharge generator,then select the MC9S12X128 chip as the core of the control,and introduced the high voltage power supply detailly,and the device of the the high voltage power supply realized the continuous adjustable voltage and overvoltage protection function.Through the parameters design of main circuit and components selection we designed the drive circuit and auxiliary power supply, and completed the charging pile of ESD(Electro-Static discharge)test in the end. The required test voltage is produced by the device which is composed of power electronic devices, at the same time most of the electronic components that are adopted are commonly used in semiconductor components and they are chip and easy to use.
