The throttling speed control circuit can change the flow distribution of oil road when using the flow valve,and then the adjustment of the the actuator's speed is realized.Due to the advantages of simple structure,low cost and stability of low speed,it was widely used in engineering practice Owing to the leakage of components in the system,particularly,the hydraulic cylinder,which has great influence on the speed of the actuator.And it's hard to quantify.So the application of throttle control loop is restricted.Therefore,it is very important to analyze and study the influence of hydraulic components,especially hydraulic cylinder leakage on the system speed.With the development of modern industry,it has great significance to use computer simulation technology to analyze hydraulic system.The computer simulation technology can not only predict the system performance,reduce the design time,but also analyze and evaluate the involved system integrally,so the objects of system's optimization,shorten the design cycle and enhance the stability of the system can be achieved.In this paper,AMEsim simulation software is used to carry out simulation study on throttle speed control loop.The aspects of main research contents as follows:1.Firstly,the flow equation of small holes and gaps was deduced.Then the classification,working principle and characteristics of throttle speed regulation loop were compared and analyzed,and its velocity load formula was analyzed and deduced;2.The function,characteristics and the simplicity and precision of AMESim were introduced,and the modeling methods and steps of AMESim were analyzed;3.The piston motion velocity expressions of oil inlet,oil return and bypass throttle governing loop were deduced.Based on AMESim,the simulation model with the consideration of the leakage of hydraulic cylinder of throttle speed regulating loop and not were built,the speed load characteristics of oil inlet,oil return and bypass throttle control circuit wereverified,and the influence of hydraulic cylinder leakage on the speed and load characteristics of oil inlet,oil return and bypass speed regulating loop were analyzed;4.The theoretical simulation results were verified by using QCS003 B teaching experiment platform.The simulation and experimental results show that with the consideration of the leakage,the velocity-load expressions calculated by the theoretical value and the AMESim simulation results all are in good accord with the experimental results,which indicates that the rationality and validity expression is derived.Using AMESim software to model and simulate the hydraulic system,it provides a theoretical basis and new research method for further study of throttling speed regulating loop.
