Research On The Design Of Up-Down And Translation Stereo Garage

With our country economy developing rapidly, people’s income level enhances unceasingly. The purchase of private cars is also big. But urban road congestion phenomena and troubling parking problem appears. Especially the parking problems, more and more need to be solved and it can bring convenience to people’s life. Parking problem to solve at the same time also can provide a certain space for highway, alleviating road congestion.Aimed at the phenomenon of urban resident being difficult to find a parking space, people focused on the stereo garage, because it can effectively solve the problem of insufficient parking space. This paper selects stereo garage with high construction speed, high automation degree, low construction cost as the research object. With three layers of four columns ten parking up-down and translation stereo garage as an example, I have carried on the detailed study.For the garage at first, practical significance and theoretical significance as well as its research status at home and abroad are analyzed and it is concluded that application of the stereo garage can relieve the strain on parking space phenomenon. Then to the drive system, safety protection system and the mechanical structure, I have carried on the detailed study and its working principle is analyzed in detail. Then I analyze the hardware of the control system, mainly about the detailed structure and working principle of PLC. Related electric motors and the control methods are introduced. To software part I have carried on the detailed analysis of the control system and the control process using PLC to realize the automatic control of vehicle access. Finally, using configuration software MCGS to simulate the garage operation process and verify the correctness and feasibility of the stereo garage automatic control.In this paper, the stereo garage, based on PLC control, is convenient and effective to solve the parking problem. I set up monitor window to verify the validity of the PLC control garage. The paper, researching the current construction of the stereo garage, has certain usable value and has a certain reference value for the future study of intelligent stereo garage.
