In recent years,our country to develop the space station construction tasks,the manned space engineering steps into "space age",the early stage of the space science mission is to develop the ground simulation system for the real task before transition test and simulation training,the astronaut training and accommodations displays mainly in the laboratory physical simulation system,practical demonstration of certain advantages,but it is too much to take up the field and upfront costs are very high.Therefore,it is necessary to research and develop a virtual simulation system with multi-function and good interactivity.In this thesis,the virtual reality technology is applied to the simulation and demonstration of the space station,and a set of visualization system which can conveniently and effectively display the space station cabin,environmental control and health care products and maintenance task simulation is developed.In this thesis,the space station cabin and environmental health care products as the virtual design objects,based on virtual reality to the space station virtual training and demonstration system research.The system architecture of the visual simulation software is designed,the technical route of the visual simulation software is formulated,and the main key technologies of the visual simulation software are studied.Finally,a virtual 3D system with high quality visual effects is constructed,which has fixed path roaming and autonomous roaming functions,including walking,viewing from a free perspective,and interaction of three-dimensional floating information.The main work includes:1)Researched the scenario model resources affect the response speed of system,analyzes the defects existing in the current use of CAD model and the defect classification,can put forward a set of efficient in PRO/E software environment to repair the defect model method,and through the PRO/E software,simplifying use lightweight Pi XYZ software model processing,as well as in 3 ds Max render optimization technology path to carry on the omni-directional simplified model with lightweight,research and application in 3 ds Max UVW map and the main method of baking,Finally,a highly realistic visual simulation model of the space station is constructed.2)In view of the dynamic display technology of the visualization system,the roaming technology under three-dimensional scenes(the realization of the roaming system based on Unity3D)was studied to realize the construction of the real operating environment of the space station.The two key technologies,fixed-path roaming and autonomously controlled roaming,were mainly oriented.Fixed roam path set by setting the key points again by bezier algorithm path segment to connect for whole roaming path,this method requires manual connection path of each section and is the key point in the not smooth,aiming at this problem,this paper put forward under the three dimensional space,based on the slope of the path curve automatically connected with optimization algorithm,experimental results show that this method can connect each path segment and the path under three dimensional state between smooth transition,to eliminate the error caused by manual connection adjustments.In view of the realization of autonomous roaming,the status of autonomous roaming roles in the three-dimensional system is defined,and the first-person role of autonomous roaming is built with the help of Unity3 D,so that peripheral devices can be used to control the role to achieve the purpose of autonomous roaming.3)Analysis of the simulation of space science mission of maintenance simulation,the whole process of design of virtual maintenance,studied the simulation of key technologies involved in the maintenance operation simulation animation and simulation resource management and scheduling,in addition,the repair was designed and implemented the display of information,scientific maintenance tasks for the space provide intuitive,realtime interactive environment.
