The Research For The Key Part Of The Solid Garge’s Lifting Equipment

With the increasing car ownership in China,more and more parking space is also needed.Because of the limited land in urban areas,it is an efficient solution to the parking difficulty that we should develop the solid garage.From now on,the researches on the solid garage focused on steel structure,but very few people took the lifting equipment as the research target.In this paper,we analyze lifting equipment from the perspective of the strength and stiffness.First of all,we fully understood solid garage’s development situation at home and abroad.Then we brought in the solid garage lifting equipment’s overall program including its total structure,the working principle of the whole machine,the constitution of driving system and the main performance parameters.And on the basis of solid garage’s working situation,we used displacement method of structural mechanical theory to establish the mechanical model of the solid garage’s lifting equipment.After that,in light of the main beam’s working conditions and theory used in beam’s research,we established the main beam’s deflection equations and judged main beam’s failure mode.And according to the stress condition,we built main beam’s bending mathematical model.And based on the numerical simulation technology,combining the extremum method with subsititutional method to make the model simple,using the MATLAB programming to solve this model,and we got main beam’s limited loads’ changing principle.And based on the finite element theory and using ANSYS to judge the changing principle of the limited loads.At last,on the basis of the deflection conditions,we established the deflection equation and got the changing principle of the max deflection.And we used ANSYS to judge this principle.In this paper,we did a research on the main beam of the solid garage’s liftingequipment.And the results showed the principle of the limited loads and max deflection.Finally,we can provide theoretical basis for designing and developing higher solid garage.
