This paper based on the theory of project feasibility study, makes actual research of the Guangxi Luzhai "big pressure on the small" cogeneration 2× 300 MW unit project, analyses the feasibility of the project. The first part is a detailed description of the project background, the project plans to use the Guangxi Fangyuan Electric Power Co. to shut down the small capacity of the units, this method is combined with the business development direction of Luzhai County, according to the actual situation and development model of Luzhai County, developed with heating mechanism, utilization of policy development model, never discussed the realization of the significance of the project. The second part is the literature review, mainly described the analysis the process and methods of the feasibility. Third, the paper overall vision of the project construction and technology program overall presentation. Fourth, the article focuses on environmental protection and water and soil conservation programs and measures for the project, energy conservation programs and measures, investment and economic analysis, risk assessment and other aspects of the project described in detail, and the feasibility of using analytical methods for project-related indicators conduct a comprehensive analysis.
