In recent years, with the continuous rapid improvement of economic and social development, people's living standards and the development and utilization of water resources have been in the amount of rapid growth. The consumption of water for different types building has various than before. Existing “code for design of building water supply and drainage "(GB50015-2003) provisions on building water quotas no longer reflects the true status of the water; we cannot meet the design requirements, some of which are incompatible with the status of the building classification situation. While the existing design basis less data to manage the design work has brought many difficulties. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the status of water use, and water quota recalculated. This paper is part of the national water pollution control and harnessing major projects(2014ZX07406002) the "Research and reconstruction demonstration on Building Water System microcirculation technology ".This paper collected dormitory hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals, nursing homes and other buildings, a total of 11 types of nearly three years of monthly water use statistics and some of the water balance test results of Chongqing Hechuan and Tongliang city, while collecting buildings the basic situation of water and the number of data and other information. We collected the issue of water quota management practices and other information in other cities in China's. By mathematical analysis the collected data, the results are as follows:By filter information and data analysis to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the water quota by mathematical statistical methods, and compute the unit of water. the water consumption structures and regularity of different types of buildings were analyzed by correlation analysis of all types of building water influence factors were calculated and analyzed to identify the decisive factors affecting water consumption.System clustering method of mathematical statistics was used on this issue. On the basis analysis of influence factors, reclassified the scale of different water consumption construction building by cluster analysis.Calculate water quota of all types of building by statistical analysis of the secondary average method and probability calculation method, respectively. Determine the final value of the water quota on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the status quo of water, the water quota reference standards of other provinces and cities. Evaluate the final water quotas by comparing with the existing quotas and the calculated advanced levels on water quotas to ensure that the water quotas are scientific.
