The pilot's flight technology affect safety directly,while the incidents which caused by captain has often occurred.Therefore studying the relationship between pilots' flight technology and safety performance is conducive to providing targeted guidance for the evaluation of flight technology,flight training and aircrew matching,making more reasonable and scientific decisions for airlines.Based on the system analysis of pilot operation process,relevant literature,combined with regulations and airlines' management practices,the initial 45 components of flight technology were established.Through exploratory factor analysis,9 dimensions were extracted,including flight state controlling,flight equipment inspection and monitoring,appropriate using of flight equipment,flight cooperative operation,anti-interference communication,flight file using,flight procedure using;special airport flight disposal,complex route flight disposal.Based on literature research,combined with regulations and airlines' management practices,the 5 dimensions of safety performance were established in the light of the type of incidents,including speed deviation incidents,attitude deviation incidents,structure deviation incidents,load deviation incidents,height deviation incidents.Based on the flight theory analysis and literature analysis,the hypothesis model of flight technology and safety performance was established.Using the data obtained from flight technology questionnaire and airline survey,the hypothesis model was tested by the structural equation model.After the correction,the model's fitness index was up to the standard level.The hypothesis model and data were well fitted.The results show that flight state controlling,flight equipment inspection and monitoring,flight cooperative operation,anti-interference communication,flight file using,flight procedure using;special airport flight disposal,complex route flight disposal have significant positive effects on safety performance.The effects between appropriate using of flight equipment and safety performance were not obvious.
